Add or remove countries
- In Dashboard, go to Settings -> Shipping -> Manage rates -> click on the zone you want to modify.
- Scroll down to “Countries and regions”.
- Find the country you would like to enable/disable, then check/uncheck the box next to it.
- Click Save changes.
Add or remove service levels
- In Dashboard, go to Settings -> Shipping -> Manage rates -> click on the zone you want to modify.
- Enable/disable the service levle by checking or unchecking the box next to it.
- Click Save changes.
Only estimate duty and tax
- In Dashboard, go to Settings -> Shipping -> Manage rates -> click on the zone you want to modify.
- Uncheck the box “Allow customers to prepay duties and taxes”.
- Click Save changes.
Delete a shipping zone
- In Dashboard, go to Settings -> Shipping -> Manage rates -> click on the zone you want to modify.
- Scroll to the bottom, then click Delete Zone.

Instead of manually choosing service levels for each zone, you can use rate optimization to let Zonos automatically select the best options based on price, speed, or value priorities.
Manage shipping zones
Modify or delete a shipping zone.You can adjust shipping zones in Zonos Dashboard based on your needs, including adjusting service levels, turning countries on or off, only estimating duty and tax for certain zones, and deleting the zone entirely.
